Shipping Options

We offer two reliable shipping methods to get your fishing gear to you:

1. Standard Shipping ($12.95)

  • Carrier: DHL or FedEx
  • Delivery Time: 10-15 business days after shipping
  • Includes tracking and insurance

2. Free Shipping (Orders over $50)

  • Carrier: EMS
  • Delivery Time: 15-25 business days after shipping
  • Includes basic tracking

Note: Delivery times may vary slightly based on your location and customs processing. We ship worldwide except to certain Asian and remote regions.

Returns & Exchanges

We stand behind our premium fishing gear like you stand behind every cast. If something isn’t right with your order, here’s how we’ll make it right:

Return Policy Overview

  • Return Window: 15 days from delivery date
  • Condition: Items must be unused, in original packaging with all tags attached
  • Proof of Purchase: Original receipt or order confirmation required

Non-Returnable Items

For safety and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Books & Maps (if opened or used)
  • Burley products (due to perishable nature)
  • Hooks and Jig Heads (safety reasons)

Any item showing signs of use or damage not present at shipping cannot be returned.

How to Return an Item

Follow these steps for a smooth return process:

  2. We’ll email you a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and instructions
  3. Package the item securely in its original packaging with the RAN clearly visible
  4. Ship the package to our address (return shipping is at your expense unless the return is due to our error)

Refund Processing

Once your return is received and inspected (typically within 3-5 business days), we’ll notify you of the approval status.

  • Shipping Costs: Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error

Exchanges

For exchanges of the same value:

  • Follow the standard return process above
  • In your email, specify the replacement item(s) you’d like
  • We’ll ship the new item once the return is received

For exchanges of higher value: You’ll need to place a new order after your return is processed.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your fishing gear arrives damaged or incorrect:

  2. We’ll arrange for a prepaid return label if needed
  3. You’ll receive priority processing for replacement or refund

International Returns

For our international anglers:
